The association sits on 26 acres of 13 buildings, 3 pools, walking paths, beach, and green space. There is ample parking at the condos. This is a secure gated community with 24-hour security. There are no stores or restaurants close to the condo, but you cannot beat the quiet and relaxed environment. If you are looking for a place to relax and get away, this is it. The grounds have 3 separate pools with something for everyone. All the pools have bathrooms, loungers, chairs, tables, and covered areas if you want to get out of the sun. One pool is literally on the ocean cliff, so the views are second to none.

The condo is right at the parking level and there are spots right outside the door. There is good Wi-Fi and a 36” TV for those great movie nights with the family. But the best aspect of this condo is the quite relaxed setting where you can truly just get away from it all. Of course, it is only a short walk to the closest pool where you can just swim away.
