This incredible air conditioned condo, Chihuahua144 has one bedroom on the main floor which has a king size bed and then a loft bedroom featuring 2 double beds on the second floor. On the second floor is also a full bathroom and laundry. Back on the main floor you will also find a full bathroom, a great kitchen that has everything you need along with a breakfast bar. There is also a living room with TV and connected to this is a huge balcony that has great sitting areas and a dining area. From the balcony you have full views of the ocean and beach and so much green space.
 

This condo is located in Vida Del Mar which is located about 20 minutes outside of Manzanillo and only about 20-25 minutes from the Manzanillo Airport (ZLO). The association sits on 26 acres of 13 buildings, 3 pools, walking paths, beach, and green space. There is ample parking at the condos. This is a secure gated community with 24-hour security. There are no stores or restaurants close to the condo, but you cannot beat the quiet and relaxed environment. If you are looking for a place to relax and get away, this is it. The grounds have 3 separate pools with something for everyone. All the pools have bathrooms, loungers, chairs, tables, and covered areas if you want to get out of the sun. One pool is literally on the ocean cliff, so the views are second to none.
 

The condo is on the second floor so there are about 14 steps up to the condo and within the condo there are 2 levels. You will find everything you need here, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and so much more. There are many great places in the condo to just relax and enjoy the view or have that holiday afternoon nap. There are two Wi-Fi systems and a 40” TV for those great movies nights with the family.
